Pros

People - Benefits & Perks - Culture - Wide range of products you can work on, some of which can have dramatic impact peoples lives, culture, work, etc. But Google is a large place with different sub-cultures and groups. There's good ability to move around internally if you're performing well so it can be what you make of it. Take advantages of the opportunities that come up and you can go far.

- Everyone I worked with has been really smart and easy to work with - Lots of opportunities to show yourself and present your ideas to leads - Highly innovative products are being developed routinely - Really easy to switch between teams and locations - One of the top benefits packages

Cons

- Really hard to find a job that's better than what you have - Career progression can be slow - Business priorities tend to swing quite a bit, and that process is never smooth
