Pros

Good work life balance. Employee friendly policies. Free food. Lots of learning with smart people all around. You get to decide what you want to learn and work on. A very helping culture. Everyone around you is eager to help. This value is imbibed into everyone and is also used in annual reviews.

Cons

Scope of projects, impact, ownership going down with company growing to ~200k employees. Makes it much harder to identify the right project for next level impact for promos or higher ratings. Culture is becoming very top-down and less scope for anyone to come up with their own ideas. Not favorably looked upon much
