Pros

Really nice working environment and vibe. Essentially it will be hard to find other company nicer then this in Taiwan

Cons

Not particularly. Need to notice the work life balance

Pros

Perks are unbeatable. The (free) food is so good that you can easily gain weight if lack self-control. Work-life balance is great. But some people can be very laid back, partly due to the broken system that doesn't reward people's performance fairly.

Cons

Directions from the leadership are constantly changing. When you think you start to get something done, suddenly a new hired SVP/VP/Director changes everything. The higher-ups, attracted by Google's power and money, are very good at playing political games, but can be very unprofessional when it comes to real engineering work.
