      Pros

      The people are the best part, my colleagues are some of the brightest, kindest, most driven and thoughtful humans I've had the pleasure to work with. The company does take care of you as I think people see in the media with perks and such, but it is also a lot more transparent than other large corp. places where I've worked and decision-making, feedback, and general growth. I feel like they're taking exceptionally good care of us and our non-full-time counterparts during the pandemic as well, which makes me even more grateful that usual to be here.

      Cons

      It's big and you really have to show measurable benefit of your work to move up. This is easier in some parts of the company / some roles than others. You work with really ambitious, bright people, and that can wear on your sense of your own ability sometimes (cue imposter syndrome), but people tend to understand this and are supportive. It's not a utopia, there are bad apples in every bunch. I think it's easier to be critical coming from other big tech companies, but having come from a non-big-tech background, it's miles and above other large companies.
