Pros

Interning at Google was a dream come true. From day one, I was treated like a full-time employee—my input was valued, and I had the opportunity to work on real projects that made an impact. The onboarding process was smooth, and I had access to incredible resources and mentorship throughout my internship. The company culture encourages learning, collaboration, and creativity. Weekly tech talks, intern-only events, and the general energy of being around brilliant people made every day exciting. The food and campus perks are just the cherry on top.

Cons

The only downside might be the steep learning curve. You’re expected to adapt quickly, but the support is there if you ask for it. Also, because the company is so large, it can take a little time to fully understand the structure and how to navigate internal systems.
