Pros

- Compensation is good for top performers. - Benefits are great (there are cons too) - still a lot of great people left. - you will become a better version of your self while working here.

Cons

- If you don’t have superpowers you will work day, night and of course weekends and holidays to make up for it. - over the top DEI and politics ( I would like to give it 1* but it will make it go more over the top ) - golden handcuffs ( every job offer I got while working here was not good enough to do the switch) - using some benefits is frowned upon or for example taking parental leave will damage your career for at least a year.
