Pros

Flexible working hours, good benefits. Chance to learn new tech. Provide training opportunity. Some manager are good. PTO is good.

Cons

More overtime, weekend working. More politics. Less efficient. Many VP level manager are not good. Waste money and time. Some people do not have basic working skill.

Pros

innovation, creativity, the chance to do anything with the 20 percent time. The chance to work on innovative products along side with some extremely smart people.

Cons

It too big. Not like the days of the .com. Their options are worthless. Managers want to protect their butts. benefits suck
