Pros

-Amazing coworkers and teammates -Flexible work culture that's inspiring and motivating -Challenging work environment focused on personal development and growth with ability to focus on innovative projects with autonomy and support -Work life balance is truly encouraged at Google, people are hard working and smart and get their job done while balancing other prioroitis

Cons

-Navigating career changes internally can be challenging. Just because you're at the company doesn't mean the process is necessarily easier for changing roles -Can feel like a competitive environment at times but this is due to the fact that it's filled with high performing, over-achievers vs. actual competition

Pros

There were a lot of perks, everyone raves about the breakfast, lunch and dinner. I guess it really helps with your productivity

Cons

It was hard to balance my duties at work with time away from work in my personal life. I was constantly on and needed to put out fires
