Pros

Good benefits, Good sign on bonus, exciting work, great team members, awesome pay, great leave policies

Cons

Working in the internal startup teams could be a hazard due to recent events. These would normally be the first teams to be made redundant. For more stable career options I would suggest careers within more established teams The application process of limiting one to 3 applications within a 90 day window seems to not work as designed. This part of the process needs to be reviewed.
