1. Mostly work life balance is pretty great. There might be a few days/weeks when it gets pretty intense and stressful but still the best as compared to other MNCs 2. Great pay - one of the best pay master 3. Good learning opportunities - lots of options to explore other line of businesses and enhance your work experience

Cons

Sometimes the decision making is slower than what you would expect - mostly because of multiple layers of leadership. But I guess that's the way such huge firms operate
