Pros

- Great employee benefits: free food, good health insurance, paid time off for vacation and parental leave - Interesting projects with very competent team members - fun and inclusive culture

Cons

The company has gotten so big in recent years that bureaucracy can get in the way of progress. Many teams can be working on the same thing at once without much coordination or collaboration from upper management.

Pros

The people are great, internal peer to peer resources are amazing

Cons

Layoffs, layoffs, layoffs, no feeling of safety. Hired as remote, reorgs are an attempt to defrag workers to central locations
