Collaborative Environment. Smart and reliable colleagues. Lots of autonomy. Great salary and benefits.

Cons

While there is flexibility, there could be more leeway for choosing which days to come to the office and more than one month work from anywhere. The current environment is tense with layoffs, cutbacks and reduction of perks.
