Pros

Great place to work, and great team members working towards a collective goal. Benefits are very good and amenities on the Google campus in NY are very good.

Cons

Acquisition of hardware based companies but internal debate between focus on hardware vs software based products.

Pros

Good pay and great benefits. Exceptional colleagues and teammates.

Cons

Workload not sustainable, zero transparency, and in order to even think about getting a promotion you better learn to sell yourself. If you’re not good at talking about yourself and boasting and creating slide decks about how amazing you are and all the awesome things you’ve done for the advancement of Google, don’t expect promo.
