      Great support from management for work life balance. Initially the reality of the job leads many to not enjoy the work, however it is what you make of it and the people, company culture, and opportunity to grow are amazing.

      Pros

      Free food, gym, laundry and flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Not being treated as an equal employee when contractors contribute same if not more than regular full time employees. Very discouraging.

      Pros

      Decent perks,free food, transportation(although somewhat in-convent and slow) you don't have to work very hard compared to other competitors

      Cons

      You are not really aloud to work on any if your ideas. It takes years for the company to start a new project. They do not volume anything you say. Pay is not as good as competitors! The offices look nice in ads but they are really cramped.
