interesting work pay, perks cool technology exciting people, projects, always learning

Management should put more effort into behaving properly (only 1 out of 6 managers I had was an actual normal person, the rest were: vulgar sexist, work thief, politicking instead of working, threats on my life if i went to HR and so on). Those managers only got a slap on the hand and are still employed there. I got PTSD and burnouts. As a woman, you will never thrive, you will be paid at least 10% less than your male counterparts and you will get promoted less often than males, despite hard work and equal accomplishments or more. HR is there to drive the victim to the leave, not help it.
