      Great benefits, good work-life balance. Everybody is extremely friendly and helpful. You will find a lot of smart and interesting people, seems like everybody has a cool story to tell. I liked the companies approach for projects and creativity: If you have an idea you will be encouraged to work on it and make things happen.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency...sometimes I was shocked how little people knew about other departments / products / worklfows, considering how essential it is to be aware of the bigger picture.
