Pay is so random. You have no way of knowing what your paycheck will be. There are days when you can not earn a dollar because the pod they place you in, is empty. It’s so competitive too. You have to try and snag customers to assist - so it’s this ridiculous game of trying to get a client before someone else does. Management (if you can really call it that) is a complete joke. They are selective in what questions they even answer. The ones that would benefit you or other stylists - they magically do not see. Plus they are rude and short sighted.

They switch you into different "pods," and sometimes there are no customers in there for days. It feels like they're trying to block you from making any money, and they will not switch you somewhere else no matter how many times you ask. And the response from the Tailor team is pretty bad. They'll reply to your feedback/questions after a few days, but rarely ever fix anything. They reply to emails just to say they can't do anything for you.
