Famous benefits, but very comparable to most silicon valley tech jobs. Internal tooling is awesome!

Cons

"Rating distribution curve" aka stack ranking. Jobs are being sent to LCoL areas, such as India. Many awful managers who have never had to lead during turbulent times.
