It is everything you imagine working at Google, the perks and everything, but most of all the people. It's the Creme dela creme but everyone is very respectful, humble and helpful.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Competitive Pay. Still full remote for those few of us who officially changed our location while that was still an option -- even for those who didn't, most aren't REALLY in the office the 2-3 required days

Cons

Lots of bad managers, including many who basically hand that off to TLs who tend to make worse managers. Extremely woke with most not self-aware of their bubble. Decisions on infrastructure team funding from higher up from those that don't understand the various pieces and why they are needed. Hiring freeze & layoffs in the US for years, while everyone is overbooked on interviews with new offshore hires.
