*Delivery focused, I typically work 3 hours a day and have been able to get promoted *Offices around the globe you can transfer to *Decent upward mobility *Free food pre covid *Good pay *There is a lot you can learn from if you want

Cons

*The management hierarchy is bloated *Stock has grown slower than other FAANGs *You have no influence over the direction of the company *The open culture is slowly being killed *Culture is dominates by lulcatz 30 something redditors that can't let go of 2012

Pros

Google is a very nice place to work, A lot of new things to work on, flexibility on what you want to work on, and no micromanagement

Cons

it can be tricky for junior people to integrate, it might take a long time and seem like you are not making any progress but it's just the way it is
