I felt that my coworkers were all very supportive and it was easy to reach out to people when I needed advice or help. The engineering problems were challenging, but there was a good work/life balance.

Cons

The corporate culture at Google is suffering as the company focuses on profits and shareholders. There isn't much support anymore for pursuing your own ideas (i.e. 20% projects) and all of your work needs to be provably supporting corporate goals.
