Pros
- work is done at a decent pace, people are understanding of it taking you a long time to get some things done, exposure to a lot of smart people and interesting projects, incredible food, even though it’s far past its heyday in terms of corporate tech fun budget the company fun times are still fun
Cons
can be slow moving, some managers don’t really know what work to give you or how to get you started. entirely internal tech stack means long waits for help and long iteration times when you don’t know how to do something.
