Good WLB. Safe career option for the long term, if you want to coast.

Cons

Slow growth and slow learning. Frequent re-orgs, project changes. Work moves slowly. Don't pay top of the band anymore -> there are better companies out there in terms of pay, which offer similar benefits & perks along with good WLB.
