Highest compensation, smart people, hottest technology stack; I would only recommend for people to get paid and get out.

Cons

Moves painfully slow, often ahead in research but 2-3 years behind in production. Woefully unbalanced - some parts are great and exciting other parts are filled with not so nice people.
