      Pros

      - Gets you acclimated to industry and the Google codebase with a fairly long training period. - Gets you a breadth of experience since you work on two teams, 4.5 months each. - You do regular full-time employee work so your work feels meaningful and impactful.

      Cons

      - Its currently a one-year contract and if you didn't perform well enough then you won't be brought on as a permanent employee, but the stats are like 90%+ people get in or something really high like that.
