      Good benefits Work/life balance is fine Breakfast and lunch provided

      Cons

      Typical large company headaches, decisions made mostly in the US, so little influence in Canada. There is a team for everything, so employees play within a very small and defined sandbox. Not a big sense of a team environment. Little support and you're expected to find and do things independently all the time. Even if you're new.
