There’s room to be creative, lead projects end-to-end, and influence how things get done. Benefits, flexibility, and resources are top tier, and when you’re on a good team, the culture feels collaborative and human.

Cons

The org is huge and structure matters more than it should. Your experience depends heavily on your manager and which team you’re in. Mobility can feel slow and political, and promotions often come down to timing and visibility instead of pure performance. Too many overlapping processes slow down decision-making, and good work can get lost in the shuffle.
