Pros

Good Perks but not in long term

Cons

Not transparent management and employee wellbeing is not taken care and also the company is very much tricky and messes life. Do treat employees with humanity. From my joining date within 4.5 months my role was moved from London to Reston, Virginia, under Google’s new workplace policy. According to this policy, employees at levels L1 to L5 must be located either in the same city as their managers or within a reasonable commuting distance, and they are required to follow a hybrid on-site schedule. Those unable to meet these requirements may face layoffs or be offered voluntary buyouts. While the policy aims to enhance collaboration and productivity, it also enforces strict expectations for employees to be physically present near their managers and teams. Don't blame performance and it is lie and it is easy for terminating in probation to face less legal complexity which will lose your reputation and brand image.
