Pros
Still many intelligent people to learn from and work with. Fundamentals in many ways still good, and teams usually have enough independence to insulate them from the ever worsening behavior of leadership.
Cons
Increasingly failing to live up to its mission, increasingly failing to protect its employees, increasingly acting in retaliatory ways toward employees. Things continue to be "okay" but recent changes have really shown there is no backstop on screwing over employees, doing evil in the world, failing to innovate in favor of trend chasing, chipping away at benefits, etc.
