Pros

- Lots of interesting work and teams - Focus on diversity, new ideas, learning and development - Best benefits - Usually pretty flexible about working from home, travel - Great culture

Cons

- Easy to work long hours. Everyone likes to achieve, which is good and bad - As company gets bigger, can definitely feel more bureaucracy, loss of "Googleyness"

Pros

Interning at Google was among the best experiences I've ever had. You are valued as a full-time employee from day one, and are given great responsibilities (for which you are directly accountable). Learning opportunities are beyond anything I could imagine

Cons

It can be overwhelming for some. You are often thrown directly in the water and need to figure out how to swim.
