You get all the perks working here at Google. Won't be treated less of an engineer.

Cons

You need to have a lot of patience talking to customers regularly. Not a coding role, I won't sugarcoat and say like there's 10 percent coding, it's absolutely zero. If you're expecting you'll have to code, the only time you'll be coding is to either replicated Cx scenario, or something that'll help you with your day to day tasks.
