Based on my personal experience: Micromanagement at its best and extreme level of bureaucracy for a dev position. There is a constant atmosphere of secrecy and mystery floating around. Some of the contract terms are quite agresive both in essence and in the way they're written, which tells a lot about the upper management and creates a constant feeling of concern. Canibalism is encouraged by saying that if you abuse some of the things that they call 'benefits' they will cut it for the entire department. Notice period is exaggerated. No real opportunities to grow within the company or I just couldn't see them.

* Pay is gimped, due to performance of job not being measured, unlikely to get a raise. * Never deliver on staff improvement programs promised for 3+ years. * Technical improvements rejected due to senior members refusal to learn new tools. * Complete rejection of adding automatic testing, only manual QA * No development tools between Art, Design and Software, its all manual via text documents. * During the COVID-19 pandemic, forcing some staff to go into the office instead of allowing them safely continuing to remote work from home.
