Had a lot of middle management, now due to Business Tech a lot of middle management has been removed! need to see how it will impact the compan.

New AI department is headed by jokers. Politics, no learning curve, unfriendly colleagues, no proper communication you need to dance to the BCG consultant tunes who are doing worst job. Manager were the people who used to work as consultant at BCG and became full time employees now at H&M and doing lot of gambling . have to work odd time like early mornings, no over time compensation.
