Die schlechten Bedingungen betreffend Überstunden ausbezahlt bekommen und der starke Mitarbeitermangel im Zusammenhang mit den unmöglichen und unrealistischen Vorstellungen von „perfect closing“ schweißen JEDEN im Team zusammen!

Cons

-Die Art des „abgleichens“ der Überstunden -Viel zu viel Druck für das was H&M eigentlich ist! -IMMER und ÜBERALL ein Mangel an Mitarbeitern - Es werden viel lieber Aushilfen von Leihfirmem genommen als Mitarbeiter ordentlich einzuschulen -Das Management ist teilweise wirklich unmenschlich in vielen Filialen -Die Umständen unter denen man arbeitet sind sehr oft unter aller würde. -Demotivierendes Management Team - Sehr schlechte „Work-Life balance“ - keine klar kommunizierten Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten

Cons

- Long hours, expected to work more. I am not a robot! - Customer satisfaction often comes before employees needs - No commission or tips, even for "premium" brand with heavy customer focus "COS" paired with low wages - Barely any opportunities to learn and grow as a sales advisor, many quit because it is an unsustainable, short-term job - Physicality and stress because of lack of clear boundaries regarding customers and/or unsufficient breaks
