Biggest Waste of 4 years!

Pros

Discount, nice clothes, good people, fun meetings.

Cons

No opportunity for growth, very huge responsibilities with low pay, over-worked, never enough staff, horrible hours. Biggest issue was that they never increased my wage as minimum wage changed. Essentially, with 3 years of experience my wage was the same as the new peoples due to the minimum wage jump! I pointed it out to my managers and they said "employees are not allowed to discus wage so this is incorrect!"
