good pay, management and my supervisor were good people, they also work with my schedule, i can"t say anything bad about this company/ store i wish i still would be working there, it wasn't a drag to go to work i really enjoyed it, they also offered good benefits as well awesome store discounts and special employee promotions

Cons

there was nothing i really dislike about working there just besides that i had to work 3 saturdays out of a month but that's just retail in general

Its a very good fashion retail company to start with. Gives to a rapid exposure to the demanding service industry. If you are up for it you can learn a lot in a short time which would help you grow within H&M and possibly in similar companies.

Cons

Physically extremely demanding nature might take its toll on you. If the senior management can not control things that are going wrong, then pressure is all on you. They will think of their own survival and your progression will go to bed. It will take time till when the area office sorts it all out and you will not flourish and only survive.
