Too much work with no recognition for when you do something well

Pros

Great discount Flexible hours/easy to get time off and usually have 1 or 2 saturdays off a month

Cons

Everything is fast paced If you make one mistake on the register you are banned from it for a week The managers will call you out in front of everyone if you make any sort of mistake You stay 2 hours to clean after closing and a lot of times longer than 2 hours!

the salary is good as well as the benefits, and they provide lots of room for growth as long as the person shows enough initiative.

Cons

communication lacks among managers. Schedule is always different making it harder for full time employees to work and get an education as well.
