Pros

It’s a very friendly environment and most people are willing to help with whatever needs to be done. Most staff are respectful and friendly.

Cons

The pay is terrible and the administration doesn’t seem to care about the Transport Department at all. There aren’t any incentives, many false promises and the turnover rate is ridiculous for all the hoops you have to go through to even get the job. If they decided to treat Transport as an equal or even just pay transport an actual livable wage then I would have no complaints.
