Pay is decent for fresh graduate. Interviews were easy to pass. Good company only if you are lucky to be assigned to a good project.

Cons

Did not get assigned to the role I was hired for. Ignored by 3 levels of management when asked to move to the role I was promised. 2 year bond for subpar training.

They have ample projects for a person in DEX or Infra that's for sure. their benefits plan is also good

Cons

HCLTech have created certain verticals within their groups which have sub verticals within their groups which kinda works independently of the core HCLTech groups - they do not wish to entertain corporate polices and work as a separate company all together, and no HR will be there for you. this kinds of loses trust in an organisation this big.
