      Pros

      First Hike will be good. You should work smarter and let your managers know that you are working smarter will reap the fruit at the end of the appraisal cycle. Medical insurance given was excellent your entire family will get the cover and the cap limit can be increased.

      Cons

      Once you get comfortable with all benefits of the company you will get lazy enough to struck here forever except for the appraisal.
