Pros

The name adds a lot of credential. The working environment is challenging, exciting and overall fun. Recognition comes in due course and am sure it does. Currently the work adds a lot of value to the organisation and to me personally.

Cons

Recognition doesn't always gets in remuneration. Sometimes getting across new ideas can be very hectic. The ease with which the operations functions support service doesn't.

Cons

Poor pay and more work - AM's and above need to work and get paid like donkeys Horrible cafeteria. Poor infrastructure with outdated software. Horrible red-tappism. Too many redeployments Poor R&R system.
