Pros
Every employee is treated fairly.As an employee I personally never felt not to go to office on any given day.There is a lot of fun at work and a lot of employee engagement.
Cons
A lot of pressure is built up when it comes to meeting targets.Request is to provide some benefit to employees who are not able to meet their objectives,so that their efforts doesn't go waste.
