Good benefits Pay is good Bonus was good but is deteriorating Life flex working Holiday buy

Cons

Long hours Unfair working conditions expected to stay on after shift if stuck on call and will only get the time back if it’s over 15 minutes but If you are 1 minute late you have to work it back. The more experienced you are harder to book holidays Face fits kind of environment Lack of recognition or progression unless your face fits Hard targets expected to be on phone constant with minimal breaks
