I think it can provide me a stable career with good growth prospects.As well it's one of the fastest growing bank in the world and provides great career opportunities. it's an honest organization,have good working conditions,we can develop our careers,international assignment.therefore we can successful our life with strong ethics and a bright future through The HSBC.

Benefits, pay is above average

Cons

90% of your coworkers do not speak english. they will openly speak about you in chinese right in front of you. you'll have to go over things several times with them just to get simple points across. the technology hasn't changed since the 80's. the goals are nowhere near achievable, as there isn't much of a client base to support the sales that are demanded, and constant system failure means that when you do get a sale, it will take hours to log.
