Friendly hard working coworkers. Overall not a bad place to work.

Cons

Friendly coworkers albeit not the sharpest pencil. There is no 9 to 6... its 9 till you get your work done.

Pros

You get experience in banking if this is the field you want to be in and they will pay for training.

Cons

Poor compensation (2 years in a row saying not enough profit to give raises), big picture is rarely shared by senior management, don't care about you as a person only as someone to bring in more money, sales orientated without the incentives.
