Pros

If your new to the whole call centre thing, the training academy for 3 months along with full pay is good for gaining knowledge and experience. Good sick pay too, 8 weeks even if you've worked less than a year. Some of the people are nice some of the time.

Cons

Niceness is viewed as a weakness, low pay considering everything you're expected to learn and do, office politics, bullying and victimisation is rife, shady and two faced managers and staff, being pretty much handcuffed to the desk apart from a lunch break once you eventually get allocated one, shift hours are not great, systems are rubbish and slow, brown nosing is the only way to get promoted.
