Pros

It's a great atmosphere for working. Everyone is very helpful. Employees generally stick with the company for 5+ years. Office politics is at minimum.

Cons

None that I can think of actually. I am nitpicking here but I feel there are lack of facilities for employees like free sodexo passes,etc.
