Work culture is pretty good. Project related to Investment banking helps to learn a lot. Perks and benefits are good.

Onsite opportunities are very less as most of the business is run from India.

Nothing great points to specify, you will get salary on 28th of every month apart from this nothing is great here

Cons

Project change or technology will not happen frequently this leads to people who are working in current project they need to stuck in that project only, if we are working on internal projects/tools used by HSBC then the person who works on that project has no carrier after going to outside job market.
