Pros

You get some financial sector experience, and the sector is comparatively renumerative.

Cons

Leadership will pull in a lot of different directions. Often ends up moving slowly or not at all.

Pros

Colleagues are knowledgable and supportive but it depends on your work-group Offers opportunity to work in international locations Good work-life balance

Cons

Excessive involvement from London. Extremely centralized organization. Every small decision needs to be approved by 10-15 people before being executed. Most decisions are arbitrary. They wish to believe they are agile but they are clearly not. Follow age old processes and refuse to change with the times. People on the ground have no say and board room execs are completely cut off from realities.
