Pros

Big brand, lots of jobs

Cons

Horrible, incompetent management. Devoid of integrity or ability A boss who is only in it for himself and excels at backstabbing and sacrificing others to hide his own incompetence. A function that calls itself ‘People Excellence’ but instead acts like the Gestapo. Rotten to the core.

Pros

This company is so close to my heart that I cannot even think of leaving for better opportunity or money. This is so vast that if interested you can think of your retirement here

Cons

Sometimes things get stuck at some level and a bit unstructured in implementing the long term goals. But that happens with this kind of large corporations. HSBC has a new ways of working culture where we have a lot of young talent and this 150 years of legacy proves that we are preparing for another 150 years of being the leader in the financial sector
